At the Echter Nordhäuser Traditional Distillery, we’ve been using traditional methods to distil juniper, involving a copper still, for over 50 years.
A carefully-chosen recipe with aromatic juniper berries and selected spices and floral notes gives our gin its unique flavour. Bottled and labelled by hand.
